Fit for a King

President Trump traded fluffy biscuits for crispy ones in his historic second state visit to the U.K.

A royal parade ushered America’s first couple to Windsor Castle on Wednesday, kicking off a state visit brimming with pomp, circumstance, and interesting hats (see pictures). Around the 160-person dinner table (pictured), #47 called the invitation “one of the highest honors of my life,” praising the countries’ “irreplaceable and unbreakable” bond. King Charles praised Trump’s “personal commitment” to “finding solutions” to global conflicts.

In central London, several thousand gathered for a “Stop Trump” protest, condemning “racism” and “arming Israel.”

The President traveled to PM Keir Starmer’s country estate yesterday to talk geopolitics in a private meeting. The two confirmed $340B in new investments to boost jobs and profits “both ways of the Atlantic.”

Verse to consider whether your workday involves a red-carpet trip, an overflowing inbox, or twelve dirty diapers… “Satisfy us in the morning with your faithful love so that we may shout with joy and be glad all our days… Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish for us the work of our hands—establish the work of our hands!”
