The 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly is meeting in the Big Apple this week.

In his 56-minute speech, President Trump covered “historic trade deals” and ceasefires, the necessity of freeing Hamas-held hostages, Palestinian statehood rewarding Hamas, the “con” of climate change, and Europe’s need to “cut off” Russian oil. Critics say many of Trump’s claims were inaccurate, including his suggestion that London wants to “go to Sharia law” under its Muslim mayor, Sadiq Khan. 

Meanwhile, the Secret Service thwarted a potentially “catastrophic” telecommunications attack before the world leaders gathered.

The agency announced yesterday it found and seized a network of 100,000 SIM cards and over 300 servers (see pics of the stash) capable of crashing NYC’s cell network or conducting surveillance on U.N. meetings. A multi-agency investigation is ongoing.
